La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 canadienne d\u2019hypoth\u00e8ques et de logement (SCHL) est la seule \u00e0 pr\u00e9voir une hausse du nombre de transactions, soit une augmentation de 1,4 %. La Banque TD entrevoit une baisse de 3,3 % et Desjardins, un recul de 3,2 %.
