Ainsi, une partie\u00a0des acheteurs potentiels de 2011\u00a0ont devanc\u00e9 leurs achats et combl\u00e9\u00a0leurs besoins en habitation en 2010.\u00a0En 2012, les facteurs \u00e9conomiques\u00a0fondamentaux \u2013 relative stabilit\u00e9\u00a0des taux hypoth\u00e9caires, croissance\u00a0mod\u00e9r\u00e9e de l\u2019\u00e9conomie et de l\u2019emploi,\u00a0gains migratoires \u2013 continueront\u00a0d\u2019alimenter la demande d\u2019habitations\u00a0et se traduiront par une certaine\u00a0progression des transactions, mais qui\u00a0resteront en de\u00e7\u00e0 de leur niveau de\u00a02010. Au total, 40200 ventes seront\u00a0conclues dans la RMR de Montr\u00e9al\u00a0cette ann\u00e9e, contre 42308 en 2010,\u00a0ce qui correspond \u00e0 une baisse de\u00a05,0 %.
