Le graphique 1 pr\u00e9sente les variations mensuelles des transactions pour l\u2019ensemble des ventes et pour celles effectu\u00e9es \u00e0 des prix inf\u00e9rieurs et sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 500 000 $ pour la province de Qu\u00e9bec. Les ventes de propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de moins de 500 000 $ ont affich\u00e9 des diminutions entre mai 2010 et mai 2011 et les mois d\u2019ao\u00fbt \u00e0 octobre 2012. Tout comme pour l\u2019ensemble des transactions, il s\u2019agit de 17 baisses mensuelles au cours des 42 mois qui se sont \u00e9coul\u00e9s depuis la fin de la r\u00e9cession au printemps 2009.
