Nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de n\u00e9gocier de 9000$ et offrir 340 000 $. Lors de la visite, il est imm\u00e9diatement apparu que non seulement mes clients l&#8217;ont aim\u00e9: des acheteurs potentiels s\u2019entass\u00e9s comme des sardines en boite dans un appartement de 760 pc. Cette fois-l\u00e0, mes clients ont fait une offre en proposant 30 000 $ de plus! Et encore une fois, ils ont perdu la vente aux ench\u00e8res. Parmi les 15 offres re\u00e7ues, le propri\u00e9taire <strong>a choisi une offre de <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">470 000$<\/span> soit 71 000$ de plus<\/strong> que ce qu&#8217;il avait demand\u00e9. En d\u00e9cembre, deux couples de Toronto ont achet\u00e9 des maisons \u00e0 Longueuil pour y vivre et travailler \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al.
