{"id":3329,"date":"2018-07-30T19:27:02","date_gmt":"2018-07-31T00:27:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.olgaouspenski.net\/blogwp1\/?p=3329"},"modified":"2018-08-06T19:35:40","modified_gmt":"2018-08-07T00:35:40","slug":"marche-immobilier-2e-trimestre-de-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.olgaouspenski.net\/blogwp1\/marche-immobilier-2e-trimestre-de-2018\/","title":{"rendered":"March\u00e9 immobilier. 2E TRIMESTRE DE 2018."},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le march\u00e9 a conserv\u00e9 son dynamisme au deuxi\u00e8me trimestre de 2018 :<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2022 Ainsi, 14 771 propri\u00e9t\u00e9s r\u00e9sidentielles ont chang\u00e9 de mains dans l\u2019ensemble de la RMR, soit 4 % de plus que le\u00a0nombre observ\u00e9 \u00e0 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode un an auparavant.<br \/>\n\u2022 Cela fait d\u00e9sormais 16 trimestres que les ventes r\u00e9sidentielles ne cessent de cro\u00eetre dans la r\u00e9gion.<br \/>\n\u2022 La copropri\u00e9t\u00e9 demeure le segment le plus dynamique avec une hausse de 13 % (5 120), tandis que les ventes\u00a0de plex (1 332) ont enregistr\u00e9 une timide augmentation de 1 %.<br \/>\n\u2022 En revanche, les ventes d\u2019unifamiliales (8 301) ont recul\u00e9 (-1 %) pour la premi\u00e8re fois depuis le deuxi\u00e8me\u00a0trimestre de 2014.<br \/>\n\u2022 Le prix m\u00e9dian a continu\u00e9 de cro\u00eetre pour l\u2019unifamiliale (322 509 $) et la copropri\u00e9t\u00e9\u00a0(253 000 $), avec une hausse de 3 %. Le prix m\u00e9dian des plex de deux \u00e0 cinq logements (510 000 $) a<br \/>\n\u00e9galement poursuivi sa progression (+7 %).<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00c0 l\u2019instar du trimestre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, les secteurs de l\u2019\u00eele de Montr\u00e9al et de Vaudreuil-Soulanges se sont d\u00e9marqu\u00e9s\u00a0en affichant les plus fortes hausses du prix m\u00e9dian des unifamiliales (+7 % et +12 % respectivement).<br \/>\n\u2022 Ces deux secteurs se sont \u00e9galement distingu\u00e9s par les plus fortes progressions du prix m\u00e9dian des\u00a0copropri\u00e9t\u00e9s, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire de 5 % pour l\u2019\u00eele de Montr\u00e9al et de 6 % pour Vaudreuil-Soulanges.<br \/>\n\u2022 En moyenne, un peu plus de 24 000 propri\u00e9t\u00e9s r\u00e9sidentielles \u00e9taient affich\u00e9es dans l\u2019ensemble de la RMR sur\u00a0le syst\u00e8me Centris d\u2019avril \u00e0 juin. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une diminution de 17 % et du onzi\u00e8me recul trimestriel cons\u00e9cutif \u00e0\u00a0ce chapitre.<br \/>\n\u2022 La baisse des inscriptions en vigueur a \u00e9t\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement prononc\u00e9e pour les unifamiliales (-14 %) et\u00a0les copropri\u00e9t\u00e9s (-22 %).
