Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une croissance de 8 % par rapport \u00e0 2016 et d\u2019une troisi\u00e8me hausse annuelle\u00a0cons\u00e9cutive.<br \/>\n\u2022 Toutes les cat\u00e9gories de propri\u00e9t\u00e9s ont connu une augmentation des ventes en 2017. La copropri\u00e9t\u00e9 s\u2019est\u00a0nettement d\u00e9marqu\u00e9e, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une progression des ventes de 17 %. Les plex de deux \u00e0 cinq logements et les\u00a0maisons unifamiliales ont pour leur part affich\u00e9 des gains de 6 % et de 3 % respectivement \u00e0 ce chapitre.<br \/>\n\u2022 Tous les secteurs g\u00e9ographiques ont vu leurs ventes cro\u00eetre en 2017 : Vaudreuil-Soulanges (+13 %), l\u2019\u00eele de\u00a0Montr\u00e9al (+11 %), Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu (+9 %), Laval (+6 %), la Rive-Sud (+5 %) et la Rive-Nord (+4 %).<br \/>\n\u2022 Le haut de gamme a connu une ann\u00e9e faste, les ventes d\u2019unifamiliales de plus de 1 000 000 $ ayant cr\u00fb de\u00a020 %, et celles de copropri\u00e9t\u00e9s de plus de 500 000 $, de 42 %<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prix m\u00e9dian<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2322 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.olgaouspenski.net\/blogwp1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/moneyhome-266x300.png?resize=128%2C144\" alt=\"\" width=\"128\" height=\"144\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.olgaouspenski.net\/blogwp1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/moneyhome.png?resize=266%2C300&amp;ssl=1 266w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.olgaouspenski.net\/blogwp1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/moneyhome.png?w=569&amp;ssl=1 569w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 128px) 100vw, 128px\" \/>\u2022 La croissance des prix s\u2019est nettement acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e en 2017 : l\u2019augmentation du prix m\u00e9dian des unifamiliales (310 000 $) a \u00e9t\u00e9 de 7 %, alors que de 2013 \u00e0 2016, la hausse n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 que de 2 % par ann\u00e9e. Il s\u2019agit de la plus forte hausse de prix en sept ans.<br \/>\n\u2022 Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la copropri\u00e9t\u00e9, le prix m\u00e9dian a atteint 247 000 $, soit une progression de 3 %. La raret\u00e9 de l\u2019offre d\u2019unifamiliales par rapport \u00e0 la demande est ind\u00e9niable sur l\u2019\u00eele de Montr\u00e9al, o\u00f9 le nombre de mois d\u2019inventaire est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 5.<br \/>\n\u2022 Pour la copropri\u00e9t\u00e9, le portrait diff\u00e8re puisque, globalement, les conditions du march\u00e9 sont \u00e9quilibr\u00e9es.
