L\u2019unifamiliale et le plex ont \u00e9galement enregistr\u00e9 de bons r\u00e9sultats au troisi\u00e8me trimestre, ces cat\u00e9gories ayant toutes deux affich\u00e9 une augmentation de 4 % \u00e0 ce chapitre.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sur le plan g\u00e9ographique, l\u2019\u00eele de Montr\u00e9al (+8 %), la Rive-Sud (+8 %), la Rive-Nord (+6 %) et Vaudreuil-Soulanges (+4 %) ont toutes connu des hausses d\u2019activit\u00e9 au troisi\u00e8me trimestre. Seul le secteur de Laval (-5 %) a essuy\u00e9 un repli du nombre de transactions r\u00e9sidentielles.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les ventes de propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de 500000 $ et plus, toutes cat\u00e9gories confondues, se sont accrues de 24 % \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle de la RMR comparativement \u00e0 un an plus t\u00f4t.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prix:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les prix m\u00e9dians des copropri\u00e9t\u00e9s (250000 $) et des petits immeubles locatifs (455000 $) ont tous deux progress\u00e9 de 2 % au troisi\u00e8me trimestre de 2016. Les unifamiliales (304000 $) ont quant \u00e0 elles affich\u00e9 une hausse plus soutenue de leur prix m\u00e9dian, \u00e0 hauteur de 5 %.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour l\u2019unifamiliale, la plus forte hausse (+5 %) parmi les cinq grands secteurs de la RMR appartient \u00e0 Laval (304000 $), ex aequo avec l\u2019\u00cele de Montr\u00e9al (420 000 $).<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour la copropri\u00e9t\u00e9, la moiti\u00e9 des unit\u00e9s transig\u00e9es sur l\u2019\u00eele de Montr\u00e9al se sont vendues \u00e0 un prix sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 295000 $. Cette augmentation de 4 % sur douze mois est la plus importante dans la r\u00e9gion montr\u00e9alaise au troisi\u00e8me trimestre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Inscriptions en vigueur:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">28490 propri\u00e9t\u00e9s affichaient \u00ab \u00c0 vendre \u00bb dans la RMR de Montr\u00e9al de juillet \u00e0 septembre 2016, soit 12 % de moins qu\u2019\u00e0 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode en 2015.
