Avec 10 601 ventes r\u00e9sidentielles c&#8217;est le meilleur d\u00e9but de l&#8217;ann\u00e9e en 4 ans. La plus remarquable croissance de 20% est dans les ventes de plex de 2 \u00e0 5 logements. Les ventes des condos et des maisons unifamiliales ont augment\u00e9 de 12% et de 8% respectivement. Le march\u00e9 des habitations haut de gamme toutes cat\u00e9gories confondues de 500 000$ et plus\u00a0a connu la croissance fulgurante de 21%.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prix et inscriptions<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les prix m\u00e9dianes des plex et des unifamiliales ont augment\u00e9 de 5% et de 2%, \u00e0 455 000$ et 285 000 $ respectivement. Les prix des copropri\u00e9t\u00e9s dans la r\u00e9gion metropolitan de grand Montr\u00e9al ont baiss\u00e9 l\u00e9g\u00e8rement de 1% \u00e0 230 000$. Mais sur l\u2019\u00eele de Montr\u00e9al la tendance est au contraire \u00e0 la hausse. La moiti\u00e9 des condominiums se sont vendus \u00e0 un prix sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 276 500$ ce qui repr\u00e9sente l&#8217;augmentation de 4% sur douze mois.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L&#8217;offre des plex et des unifamiliales \u00e0 diminu\u00e9 de 6% et de 8% respectivement.
