Contrairement \u00e0 la tendance \u00e0 la baisse g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e en \u00e9chelle nationale le marcher immobilier montr\u00e9alais va bon train.\u00a02 203 ventes r\u00e9sidentielles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9es au cours du mois de d\u00e9cembre 2014, ce\u00a0qui repr\u00e9sente une hausse de 9 % par rapport au mois de d\u00e9cembre 2013.
