Ce r\u00e9sultat met fin \u00e0 une\u00a0s\u00e9rie de trois baisses trimestrielles cons\u00e9cutives. Aussi, il s\u2019agit\u00a0seulement de la deuxi\u00e8me hausse des ventes depuis le dernier\u00a0resserrement des r\u00e8gles de l\u2019assurance pr\u00eat hypoth\u00e9caire en juillet\u00a02012.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Par cat\u00e9gories, les ventes de copropri\u00e9t\u00e9s ont connu la plus forte\u00a0croissance par rapport aux mois de juillet \u00e0 septembre 2013, avec\u00a0un gain de 2 % (2 361 transactions).
