Cette progression marque la neuvi\u00e8me hausse cons\u00e9cutive et constitue l\u2019augmentation la plus forte depuis le mois d\u2019avril 2010.\u00a0Les inscriptions en vigueur en f\u00e9vrier affichent une hausse de 13\u00a0% avec pr\u00e8s de 29 000 propri\u00e9t\u00e9s r\u00e9sidentielles offertes aux consommateurs par les courtiers immobiliers de la grande r\u00e9gion de Montr\u00e9al.<br \/>\nPour un 23 e mois cons\u00e9cutif, la copropri\u00e9t\u00e9 demeure grande gagnante pour sa performance vis-\u00e0-vis des autres cat\u00e9gories de propri\u00e9t\u00e9s, avec un bilan de 1 394 transactions, soit 15 % de plus comparativement \u00e0 f\u00e9vrier 2011. L\u2019unifamiliale a tout de m\u00eame enregistr\u00e9 une progression de 6 % alors que le mois de janvier 2012 affichait un l\u00e9ger recul de 2 %. Concernant les ventes de plex, celles-ci ont augment\u00e9 de 7 %.
