Aussi, la faiblesse du dollar canadien et de possibles hausses des prix des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res pourraient provoquer un accroissement du niveau g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des prix, incitant la Banque du Canada \u00e0 modifier sa politique actuelle de stabilit\u00e9 du taux directeur, renfor\u00e7ant du m\u00eame coup l\u2019avantage de choisir un taux fixe pour un terme de cinq ans, par exemple.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour le groupe financier, la progression des rendements des obligations canadiennes et am\u00e9ricaines demeure un bon indicateur d\u2019une fin imminente des faibles taux d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat. Or, lorsque les rendements obligataires augmentent, les co\u00fbts des fonds pour les pr\u00eateurs augmentent \u00e9galement, causant ainsi une pression \u00e0 la hausse sur les co\u00fbts d\u2019emprunts des m\u00e9nages et des entreprises.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En attendant cette hausse anticip\u00e9e des taux d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat, plusieurs banques proposent actuellement des rabais all\u00e9chants sur leurs taux d\u2019emprunt, notamment sur les pr\u00eats hypoth\u00e9caires, \u00e0 la veille de la p\u00e9riode la plus active sur le march\u00e9 immobilier.
