La valeur de revente m\u00e9diane des maisons unifamiliales a mont\u00e9 de 4% dans la r\u00e9gion m\u00e9tropolitaine (262 500$), celle des condos, de 5% (220 000$) et celle des \u00ab plex \u00bb de 2 \u00e0 5 logements, de 3% (399 500$).<\/p>\n<p>La performance du march\u00e9 varie selon les diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9gions de la m\u00e9tropole. Le nombre de transactions a bondi de 25% \u00e0 Vaudreuil-Soulanges, de 5% sur la Rive-Sud et de 2% dans la banlieue nord. En revanche, les ventes ont recul\u00e9 de 11% \u00e0 Laval et de 2% dans l&#8217;\u00eele de Montr\u00e9al.<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 une l\u00e9g\u00e8re baisse des ventes, l&#8217;\u00eele de Montr\u00e9al continue d&#8217;enregistrer &#8211; et de loin &#8211; les prix m\u00e9dians les plus hauts de la r\u00e9gion. Ils se sont \u00e9lev\u00e9s \u00e0 332 000$ pour une unifamiliale (+4% sur un an), 260 500$ pour une copropri\u00e9t\u00e9 (+6%) et 420 000$ pour un plex (-2%).<\/p>\n<p>Le niveau \u00e9lev\u00e9 des prix continue de favoriser le segment de la copropri\u00e9t\u00e9, moins cher.
