La deuxi\u00e8me? Un appartement de 4,5 millions, situ\u00e9 \u00e0 Westmount.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abHabituellement, on voit des ventes de condos \u00e0 3 ou 4 millions, mais c&#8217;est la premi\u00e8re fois que le haut de la pyramide est occup\u00e9 par des condos\u00bb, a soulign\u00e9 hier Claude Charron, franchis\u00e9 de Re\/Max qui a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation de l&#8217;\u00e9tude pancanadienne.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La maison unifamiliale la plus ch\u00e8re \u00e0 avoir trouv\u00e9 preneur l&#8217;an dernier a affich\u00e9 un prix de vente de 3,8 millions, \u00e0 Westmount. Cette transaction s&#8217;est boucl\u00e9e en 21 jours \u00e0 peine, indique le rapport.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c0 l&#8217;heure actuelle, l&#8217;inscription la plus co\u00fbteuse sur le territoire montr\u00e9alais est un manoir de 41 000 pieds carr\u00e9s, situ\u00e9 au bord de l&#8217;eau \u00e0 L&#8217;\u00cele-Bizard.
